Conditional Warranty
Cutting Edge Computer Services LLC guarantees its products against defects in material and workmanship as follows:
For a period of one year from the date of purchase, 90 days on used systems, if the product is determined to be defective,
Cutting Edge Computer Services LLC will repair or replace the product with a new or refurbished product at no charge.
Cutting Edge Computer Services LLC will supply new or refurbished parts in exchange for defective parts for this one year
guarantee period.
This guarantee does not cover units that have been altered, repaired or serviced by anyone other than a Cutting Edge Computer
Services LLC service center. This guarantee does not cover cosmetic damage, damage due to connection to improper power source,
or damage due to improper operation, maintenance. This guarantee does not cover the operating system or operator error but
in most cases Cutting Edge Computer Services LLC will be glad to assist you, free of charge, to get your computer up and running
again, depending on the length of time required to do the repair . Cutting Edge Computer Services LLC will replace the OS,
free of charge, during this one year warranty, one time with purchase of a new system from Cutting Cutting Edge Computer Services
LLC.
Proof of purchase by original purchaser in the form of a dated bill of sale or dated receipted invoice may be required
for warranty service.
Repair or replacement as provided under this guarantee is the exclusive remedy of the consumer at Cutting Edge Computer
Services LLC discretion. Cutting Edge Computer Services LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages
for breach of any expressed or implied guarantee on this product.
